Danila Flammini Minuti

PRESENTATION

Eng. DANILA FLAMMINI MINUTI works as professional for public consignors and private customers in the domain of technical professional advice, constructional, architectural and plant-engineering design, supervision of works, administrative technical test and training.

In recent years she has studied the available resources property and the study of technologies enabling their use in low consumption of energy planning, both on urban scale and building scale, with particular stress on wooden building planning.

To promote the development of “bearable buildings” in all phases of realization including the divestment phase, she has studied in depth matters concerning the correct management of inert waste due to demolitions and building and consequent aware use of materials.

She keeps updated on the technological evolution of systems and materials and relative costs (installation maintenance and management) concerning bioclimatic planning, attending at workshop and formative stage.

In 2005 she established “STUDIO AMBIENTE” with specific competences concerning as follows

·         low consumption of energy planning using also ventilation and natural lighting;

·         consultancy on projects for improvement of climatic performances;

·          resolution of superheating problems, thermic bridge, humidity;

·         use of environmentally compatible materials with particular regard to the use of vegetation with naturalistic engineering techniques, on a urban and building scale and use of wood;

·         low consumption of energy plant engineering: the controlled ventilation, measurement of earth internal heat, solar thermal and photovoltaic, floor and wall-hung radiating systems;

·         energy  rehabilitation of buildings;

·         energy and environmental certification of buildings.

 “STUDIO AMBIENTE” can assist customers during the whole building process, from project drawing up to work direction until testing with support of qualified professional with long experience in the sector and using specific software for the Bearable Planning in the Building (climatic analysis, control of  heat insulation, acoustics, solar lighting and costs).

PERSONAL DATA

Danila Flammini Minuti, was born in Teramo on 12 June 1968, she lived in Pisa and now lives in Colledara (TE) where her office is. She has been married since 1999 and has a son born in 2004. She enrolled on the Engineer Register of Teramo on n°710 on 14 July 1999 and Technician Consultants of Tribunal of Teramo at n° 254 on 23 June 2000

CERTIFICATIONS

·         school-leaving certificate of Surveyor at  Carlo Forti Institute of Teramo in 1986

·         degree in Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Pisa University in 1999. The thesis (title: "Intervention on S.S.17 to strengthen the links between L'Aquila and Pescara"), concerning the development of road system of the above-mentioned main road, adapting the current seat and some alternative routes of the current course, previous study of traffic flows on the arterial route under discussion. In detail, the following problems have been solved: flush split-level intersections and  lighting and ventilation systems in tunnels present  in the proposed route

·         II Level Master in ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING (Use of Renewable Resources in  Architecture), at “La Sapienza” University of Rome Faculty of Architecture Valle Giulia in 2007. On the master thesis (title: "The bearable management of site and reutilization of construction and demolition materials”) the most significant environmental impact connected to the phases of realization of a work have been emphasized. The correct management of inert waste consequent on demolitions or constructions and the consequent conscious use of materials, have been discussed to promote the development of “bearable constructions” in all phases of realization, including divestiture. On the basis of these results, all fulfilments considered by the operators of the field have been indicated to reduce environmental consequences of a site.
